Tips for Finding Beacon
- The Wither requires 3 Wither Skeleton Skulls and 4 Soul Sand/Soil to summon
- Wither Skeletons spawn in Nether Fortresses and have a 2.5% skull drop rate (5% with Looting III)
- Build a pyramid of iron, gold, diamond, emerald, or netherite blocks beneath the beacon
- Full pyramid (4 layers, 164 blocks) provides maximum range and all status effects
- One of the most resource-intensive items in the game to fully power
Additional Notes
Requires a pyramid of iron, gold, emerald, diamond, or netherite blocks. Full pyramid (4 levels, 164 blocks) unlocks all effects.
