- Find natural obsidian in Ruined Portal frames, End platform, and lava pools near Y -54
- Surround with 15 Bookshelves for maximum level 30 enchantments
- Bookshelves require 3 Books and 6 Planks each; leather from Cows and paper from Sugar Cane
- Leave a 1-block air gap between bookshelves and the table
