- 1Dropped by Ominous Trial Spawners (activated by entering with Bad Omen)
Tips for Finding Ominous Trial Key
- Drink a Bottle o' Enchanting or kill a Raid Captain to get Bad Omen, then enter a Trial Chamber
- Bad Omen converts to Trial Omen, which activates Ominous Trial Spawners
- Ominous Vaults contain rarer loot including Heavy Cores for crafting Maces
- Ominous Trial Spawners are significantly harder than regular Trial Spawners
